General Rules

• Provide his or her own lock
• Gate//Yard access hours: 6 AM – 9 PM.
• Give 2-week move-out notice.
• Units must be swept and cleaned when moving out.
• No smoking, tobacco products, or pets allowed in buildings or units.
• No food, drink, or alcohol allowed on the premises.

Prohibited Items

• Animals.
• Firearms, ammunition, etc.
• Explosives, fireworks, etc.
• Gas, kerosene, oil, paint, hazardous chemicals, etc.
• Drugs or stolen property.
• Vehicles without tags.
• Tarps required on all full open trailers.
